Venice apartment One
There are two steps leading to the Venice apartment "One" which has a private entrance. Privacy and independance are guaranteed.
The Apartment, recently restored and has plenty of light. Seven windows, that offers good ventilation during the summer, look out onto the characteristic streets of the Castello area, made lively by the passing Venetians but at the some time very peaceful due to the lack of noise.
This Apartment is very easy to reach as it is situated close to the waterbus stop “Giardini” that guarantees good connection within Venice itself and with the islands (Lido di Venezia, Murano, etc…).
There are no bridges to cross in order to get to it. A few steps away there is “Via Garibaldi”, packed with shops of every kind, bars and restaurants.
The apartement, provided with all the necessities, including linen, is made up of an entrance porch, bathroom (with shower) kitchenette, lounge with sofa bed, and double bedroom. Electrical appliances include oven, washing machine and television. Water, electricy and gas are included in the price.
Arrival times are foreseen as between 16:00 ad 22:00 on the first day, and departure before 11:00. Times can be agreed upon according to different requirements at the time of booking. Conditions of payment: 30% paid by postal order at the time of booking. Balance and 160 Euro caution deposit to be paid at the time of arrival, after having seen the Apartment.
